If the owner is reading this, your food would taste 1000 times better if you used basmati long grain rice instead of the rice you use now. Everything was perfect except the rice is horrible quality.
Original chicken platter and beef shawarma were so delicious. The balance of flavors without being too salty like a lot of other truck foods is perfect. I loved the pickled peppers and vegetables in the salad. And their falafel is fresh and crunchy. Yumm! We've always passed by and thought to try but so glad we finally did.
