Just back from our most recent trip. We're locals and genuinely love this restaurant and it's incredible staff. Miljan has always taken incredible care of us, being attentive and incredibly nice and accommodating along the way, The food is excellent, the steak bites being a favorite of mine with the mushroom croquettes a favorite of my wife's.This place is one of our absolute favorites and we'll be back within the next week or so. It's heavily in our rotation!
Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, welcoming atmosphere and great service. But come for the food. We ordered only appetizers and each dish was exceptional. One worth a mention was a special tonight, the Saganaki in apple and pear compote left us craving it again before we even left.We will be back for sure. The chef is charming and knows his craft, we had a great evening at Lagano.

One of my favorite restaurants in all of Astoria! My husband and I always bring friends and family here when they visit the neighborhood. The staff is always so incredibly nice and generous (Miljan is usually our server and is so attentive and hilarious). We always have a wonderful time here, whether it’s a quiet weekday lunch or a packed Saturday night.
