Absolutely love this place. Very kind smiling faces behind the counter. I made it a game one year to try all the flavors. I failed but I learned a lot along the way. This Ralph's is my favorite and trust me I've been to them all. I'm not quite sure why that is. My theory is that the ice is the perfect level of frozen where it's still malleable and not frozen solid. It makes for a much better experience and the solid shape it holds is fleeting but that's what makes it so special
