I’m usually satisfied when I order from this location but for the second time in a row, they’ve forgotten to pack items of an Uber eats order. It’s very disappointing when this happens, especially because I recommend this place to others.

usually solid but they only had small cups available today and didn't mention anything upfront. it was also pretty clear that they didn't make me anything for my order (I paid and they gave me the shake right away without blending) and instead gave me the leftovers from a previous online order. the other customer got the same thing and obviously they had plenty of leftovers because they were using the wrong cup sizes (2 small cups do not equal 1 large cup in volume). the issue with this is that whoever got that order and I got stiffed since we added protein and naturally got half scoops each while paying full price. also with half portion of fruits. basically straight up fraud

I placed an ubereats delivery and ordered a salad with chicken (and paid extra for double chicken), ordered a DIET coke. I got sent a regular coke, and was sent a bowl of stingy chicken salad, full of lettuce and mini bite sizes of chicken. Where is the double chicken I ordered? Salad was flavorless, I will not be ordering from here again.
The smoothies here are really good but the food portions are embarrassing. I recently tried the cookies and I was impressed. However, bowls and hot food are a no-go. Also, the edible straws are usually broken so I would not go for those.

THIS SPECIFIC TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE is not thorough with their packaging both times we have ordered from here MISSING MORE THAN HALF OUR ITEMS. do NOT order from this place if someone else is picking up your order or you will be wasting your time trying to get your refund back on missing items.
