“Barrow is a Williamsburg want to be. The pseudo health food is anything but. Their chicken wrap was below standard, no taste, all mayonnaise. The service inexistant if you call handing two napkins and forks to a customer as service. Water is self-service from piled up plastic cups and carafes .It was a very disappointing experience.“

“One of the best gluten free places around! Yet, gluten full is also available and you have to tell the waiter if you are gluten free to be safest. They have an excellent quinoa bowl with chicken and very tasty chicken burger. Their fries are the best. It's a great place to try if you are gluten free or not. Can't wait to go back.“

I've brought my whole family as well as friends here and every single person has LOVED it. The place is family owned and it looks probably a lot like it did when it first opened. So cute and old fashioned. Also, I love their egg creams and their chocolate shakes! Definitely worth ordering. Everything is reasonably priced and just perfectly made. It's just nice to have some simple foods perfectly made! Highly recommend to anyone in town for the day. “I visited Diggers many times through the years. I always enjoyed the food and ale. What I don't like is the parking in the back. Seems the foreign folk circle around and park their cars when customers leave. It happen to me this visit. Parking was full but Diggers was empty... You decide.“

“We recently ate at the new Italian restaurant named Pulcinella at the rock golf club. We went for our 35th wedding anniversary and we are so glad we did. The decor, the service, and especially the meal were all superb. The portions were large and the prices were high average but well worth it. We will definitely be back, but I would request the lower area. It's spaced much better. The evening we went, it was packed house and our server could not keep up. She was nice, but it was difficult to get her when we needed something. Our appetizer plates weren't cleared before our meals came and we were 4 people at a small table. My chair of if I moved at all, backed up into party next to us. But again..the food is unbelievable! That will bring me back for sure.“

Right away we knew it was the right location. It was a warm, inviting place with seating at tables or the bar. If the weather was not rainy we would have been able to enjoy outdoor seating with views of the golf course and Peconic River. Tim, the bartender introduced himself and asked us our names. He presented us with the regular and specials menu. The menu is very extensive and I was surprised to see how many specials there were. The sliced steak & smoked Gouda melt was a very big sandwich and delicious. I just wish I had taken a picture that reflected how thick it was. Tim was very attentive and friendly with all the clients. It's definitely a place worth returning to.“
