I was passing by Rensselaer, NY, on an Amtrak train and we had a halt of an hour and half. I wanted to get an egg sandwich and some oat milk but the station does not have food. So I looked for coffee shops around the station on Google maps and DD was the closest. I decided to walk there. I ordered an egg sandwich in a butter croissant and asked if they had oat milk as I get caffeine migraines. Darn good Dunkin'. In the mid-afternoon the 3 person crew was making sure the lights were bright, wiping down the donut case and brewing new hot coffee into urns. Special note: this Dunkin' has a row of about 10 draughts permanently installed into the fixtures of a new bar, that pour out 'Cold Brew', 'Nitro' and many other variations for cold (and hot) coffees. I stop here every day on my way to work, because the location is convenient. I've noticed a serious decline in quality over the last month or so: items incorrect or missing from my order, and twice in one week my coffee was full of coffee grounds.
