I had to call the store located on Onderdonk Ave in Ridgewood NY because the app was alerting that delivery were no longer available to my address. The person who answered the phone confirmed delivery was available. I ordered a large pie 1/2 Hawaiian where the worker interrupted me and asked what did I mean Hawaiian did I want pineapple ham and pepper I said yes and the other half was with pepperoni, I also asked for Wings and for the lava cake. Gave him my credit card when delivery came they forgot the wings when I called the store explaining this the guy caught an attitude and hung up the phone. I tried calling back and no one is answering. I do not think this is how you handle an error on your part. If calls are recorded you will hear it was the 2nd item I ordered. Had to call a local Pizzaria and order the wings because dominos refused to answer my call and no receipt was given either.

Never got my pizza. Waited too long for them to pick up the phone and when I got a hold of someone they hung up. Waited longer the second time and the person that finally picked up was super rude. Don’t even bother, and I don’t care about compensation. Fix the way you handle things over

The pizzas are fine; just like all Domino's pizzas, the cheap price and multiple toppings gives the pizzas a boost despite the small size. The location has always been clean whenever I pick up and usually someone comes to the register not too long after I open the door (it auto-rings). The amount of toppings vary time to time. I never had a undercooked pizza from this location. Btw, I've always ordered carryout pickup from the dominos website with the digital coupons and pizza tracker. Never ordered delivery from here before.

Haven’t had Dominos in awhile. Had some kids over who really wanted it. Figured we’d try the local one. Mistake. Best part of the experience was the 2 hour wait for delivery because it kept the food away that much longer. Three pizzas that were completely inedible and made everyone sick who tried to eat it. You could not find a worse pizza at the bottom of a freezer in a gas station. It feels like I was robbed and then poisoned.

Horrible service completely unprofessional called twice about a job opportunity I applied for and was dismissed both times in a rude way. Would never support this business. I advise you not to support a business that doesn’t know how to treat their customers or anyone for that matter

Yo, hey man, let’s show some respect for Joe Domino.!His family has been running this quaint location since 1908. During the First World War Joe’s great great great grandfather Nick Domino gave pizza slices away for free.During The Great 2nd World War Nicks son Vito also gave away pizza slices for free, even cleared mafia turf by giving “Jacko” Jack O’Reardon the Don of the Irish mafia free pizza slices for 397 straight days.So hey! This family recipe goes back 123 years. The building has stood here for 116 years at 815 Onderdonk and still has the original lighting and interior tables..So hey people…Just show The Domino family some respect…and please visit our 2 other locations in Chicago and Dublin Ireland..

Ordered half pizza chicken and pineapple, woth other half chicken, not half chicken. There's a slice with a half of one piece if chicken. Loss of words here.

Been trying to contact them for over an hour. Ordered 2 pizzas both had hair in the pies. Very dissatisfied with the lack of support from this store. Will not be ordering again.
