I go here in a pinch. $3.25 per slice is acceptable but their slices are kinda thick and soggy (the way kids like). Everything else is overpriced and service is pretty slow compared to what you expect at a pizzeria. It's a convenient location and far from terrible, but I can name at least 3 pizzerias within a 10 minute walk that are miles ahead.

Royal Pizza is the best in the neighborhood if you’re looking for classic NYC pizza. I always get the large cheese pizza for pickup and have been coming here consistently for years. Also, they’ve been in business since 1977.

Food was delivered cold. It took 1 hour and 20 mins to receive my order. I ordered to cancel my order because it had been over an hour and the person who picked up said the delivery guy was already on his way. It took an hour extra 20 mins. I asked for crispy wings and instead received soggy wings with fries and a cold pizza. So disappointed!!!!!!!

Really chill old school pizza spot. The chicken cutlet slices were amazing...and the service was amazing and sweet. I will be back earlier next time ??

Have ordered a few times because it's the closest pizza joint. Pizza is mid at best but it's not pretending to be anything special. Trouble is they usually take 30 mins to make a pizza and I've honestly never seen more than a single to go order lined up or a single table in use so I don't know what they're doing for the first 20 mins after you order. Today I asked them to have it ready for pickup in 25 mins (honestly slow as hell). I showed up in 30 mins because I knew they weren't gonna have it ready. The lady told me my pizza is taking longer "because the vegetables have to cook" and they are busy. I look around at the empty restaurant and laughed. I asked if the dough that the guy in back had just started stretching was my pizza and they said yeah. 30 mins after I placed my order and they hadn't even stretched the dough. I cancelled my order and definitely won't go back. Nobody ordering mid as hell pizza has 40+ mins to stand around while these people do god knows what (other than making pizza). If you have 40 mins to wait for a pizza, just make dinner. Would love to see this place get some new management. Embarrassing excuse for a NY pizza joint.

I called and asked about regular large pie. Lady says is $22.00 and i think for the greasy type pie it shouldnt be $22.00 (maybe 17 i would be ok)Then i asked to see how much for a small regular cheess pie and the lady said $20.00I was just angry to see how they price their pizza and the deminor when i said for 2 dollars extra ill just get the large one. I just felt it didnt make any sense 2 dollards less.This is the effin last time i even think of this place.So many other more affordable and cleaner.
