I would give zeros if I could. On several occasions we have attempted to order from this Burger King. At this point it will no longer occur. I rather travel to East Henrietta to recieve better service. Our French fries were incredibly salty, and our burgers were made incorrectly with cheese which we should have checked the food before we left the Burger King. My son is lactose intolerant. So my husband and son went back to get the correct items. I was told be my husband and son how rude the manager and associate was. She told him I’m not making everything over. All they wanted was the correct items taken back. Even in attempt to get the food corrected it was made wrong. When they came back French fries had no salt and my husband spicy chicken wrap was plain. I was told by an employee before that they don’t answer the phone. So don’t bother to call. When I attempted to call before it stayed busy. I will be pushing this up to corporate. If I were you I wouldn’t even bother going to that location on west Henrietta rd. Don’t waste your time and it’s not enough workers. You always have to wait for food. Not only that they are more expensive than other Burger Kings.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. We’ve been there a total of 3 times and they completely messed up our order all 3 times. Prices on the menu are incorrect but they don’t fix them so we paid almost twice what we expected. They made all our sandwiches wrong and bacon looked raw. Mozzarella sticks were rock hard. Fries were the only thing that was correct. There is a reason no one is ever at this BK and now I’ve figured it out. I love BK but I gave them a fair chance and they just can’t get an order right. You’re better off going across the street to McDonald’s!!!!

More expensive than other burger kings and service is slow and bad. They never have the drink machine stocked so you have to ask for what you are looking for and they take forever making the food. This review was after sitting in a drive through there for 25 minutes waiting for 2 whoppers. And they forgot the drink and I was so late I took food and drove off. Avoid this place.
