Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. We’ve been there a total of 3 times and they completely messed up our order all 3 times. Prices on the menu are incorrect but they don’t fix them so we paid almost twice what we expected. They made all our sandwiches wrong and bacon looked raw. Mozzarella sticks were rock hard. More expensive than other burger kings and service is slow and bad. They never have the drink machine stocked so you have to ask for what you are looking for and they take forever making the food. This review was after sitting in a drive through there for 25 minutes waiting for 2 whoppers. And they forgot the drink and I was so late I took food and drove off. Avoid this place.

I would give zeros if I could. On several occasions we have attempted to order from this Burger King. At this point it will no longer occur. I rather travel to East Henrietta to recieve better service. Our French fries were incredibly salty, and our burgers were made incorrectly with cheese which we should have checked the food before we left the Burger King. My son is lactose intolerant.
