The restaurant was FILTHY. I have worked in the food service industry and in management for over 20 years so I understand how hard it is sometimes to keep up when busy. A friend was waiting for me inside for about 10 minutes before I arrived - upon entering I noticed that every table - approximately 10 were COVERED in food from previous guests. There was food all over the floors, the chairs were misplaced at tables all over and several of the chairs were broken. My friend said that no one had come in in the 10 minutes he had been there and none of the staff came out to clean the tables or floors in that time. They were all standing together talking.I almost walked out but decided that maybe it was a tough day for the staff and ordered anyway. Customer service was terrible. The employee did not say hello or greet me just looked at me waiting for me to order.We decided to sit and eat against my better judgement because the tables were DISGUSTING. I used the brown paper bag ripped in half as a table cover. In the following 20 minutes the staff served a few more customers, stood together and talked some and still no one came out to clean.The two garbages at the front were overflowing. Will absolutely not be returning, and I would have put forward disciplinary action to all the employees that day if I knew my team were upholding a facility to that standard.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, this is one of our go-to restaurants! Summer on the patio is wonderful, the expanded inside seating is great. Great Mexican selections, the Chicken Sandwhich is the best.

Too busy making online orders to help the growing line of in person customers. Stopped to make 7 separate online orders while line grew. Don't take mobile orders if you don't have the ability to make them.

I like the taste of Chipotle, but the portions in this one and the one in Victor are the smallest of any Chipotle I've ever been to. All the rest, they squish the lid onto the bottom to make it fit. These two franchises-1/2 of the bottom is empty- you are still hungry after eating. Its mostly rice you cheapskates, come on!
