I have rented yet but my experience with the women I talked to was so nice and respectful. She was helpful with information and certainly didn’t act like I was wasting her time. I have not had such a good talk with any other rental companies that I have contacted during this process. I hope to move there. Filling application soon.
Never had a bad experience at this place. Our orders have always been accurate and prepared quickly. I wish they actually delivered so we didn't have to pay a delivery fee as much as 9.99 that GH charges sometimes :( And they're known to be cash only...theres an ATM next door but still, behind the times not to take cards.

Dixon Manor is a well maintained and friendly place to live. The management staff is receptive and helpful. The maintenance staff, in particular, is first rate. If you have a maintenance issue, they respond quickly and effectively. They really know what they’re doing and they will resolve any issue immediately.
