This place is amazing. great service, lovely nice employees despite the amount of people that were in the drive thru they made it work. They are fast and my order is always right. The employees are the best part they may be busy but they always find room to have a conversation. Especially for a gas station dunkin id give this place a 10/10?

I literally drive all the way from the Lake Ontario Parkway for this Dunkin. This is the only Dunkin in Rochester that has ever gotten my order right (I'm not being a Karen, it's just sad that it's true; ie ordering a frozen coffee and getting a frozen hot chocolate instead and then argue with me when I say it's wrong (Latta Rd & 390 Dunkin))Parking: It's in a gas station and because it's Henrietta, there's a lot of 18-wheelers coming in and out in addition to cars. There's parking on two sides of the building and the other two sides are drive thru. Drive thru is definitely quicker and easier.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and handicap parking available. Doors are manual however.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Terrible dunkin never going to this one again. They made me 10 minutes late to work because I was trapped in the drive thru line for 25minutes after only being the 5th person in line. All I got was a coffee and sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable there was also a huge line behind me and the employees showed no sense of urgency all moving incredibly slow.
