I literally drive all the way from the Lake Ontario Parkway for this Dunkin. This is the only Dunkin in Rochester that has ever gotten my order right (I'm not being a Karen, it's just sad that it's true; ie ordering a frozen coffee and getting a frozen hot chocolate instead and then argue with me when I say it's wrong (Latta Rd & 390 Dunkin))Parking: It's in a gas station and because it's Henrietta, there's a lot of 18-wheelers coming in and out in addition to cars....read full review
Every one runs for Dunkin! Well I ran hard away from this one. Im not a fan of any food buisness inside another buisness like a gas station. So I probably shouldn't leave a review because im already a hater of this kind of set up. But if you are as well there is another Dunkin up the road that is clean and the donuts aren't stale. This place is amazing. great service, lovely nice employees despite the amount of people that were in the drive thru they made it work. They are fast and my order is always right. The employees are the best part they may be busy but they always find room to have a conversation. Especially for a gas station dunkin id give this place a 10/10?
