In my opinion the food has def taken a step up. Could be slightly better products or better cooks. But either way.... cmon it's a ROC fav... long live Mark's Texas Hot. And I adore the ladies that work there. They're harx working but don't break a sweat. And their smile will melt the ice in ur cup.

Wouldn’t recommend all because the lady Bonnie is a scumbag. I’m in town visiting family and working. For the past 4 or 5 days I’ve gotten food from this place and also tipped the person at the window. My order was completely wrong and I called as soon as I noticed and asked the lady just to take note of it so maybe I can get like 10 percent off tomorrow and she told me I have to return the food completely. Or that I can return it tomorrow. Nothing else is open at 2am in Rochester so it was either eat this or starve.I called today and the women I spoke to last night whom I assume is really named Bonnie but that could have been a fake name she gave said she didn’t work the day before even though she took my order and personally handed me my food. She tried so hard to keep a lie going when it wasn’t necessary. She’s the overweight Caucasian women who is always there.Anyways the food is decent but the customer service and professionalism is way off. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Food was trash ordered a sloppy plate on door dash from them asked for extra meat hot and got nun on my food asked for am extra burger didn't get it my wife ordered the Swiss burger and they sent her a burger with no cheese and meat hot on

They wouldn’t add cheese to my sandwich because they would need to charge? Lmfao, it’s a 25$ order and there was no option to add cheese….. strange. Good food though

Got 3 plates, all with home fries and they weren't home fries, it was basically potatoes cur in half and raw in the middle, I have ordered here before and it has been good, was extremely disappointed as who wants raw potatoes In their plate when ordering home fries? I understand it was busy, but I would've much rather waited for the potatoes to be cut and cooked into home fries, (which is what I ordered), other than that the plates would've been good, but all 3 had so called home fries like this! Will not order here again! It's a shame because I have never had issue here before!

I haven't been to Mark's in a long time but they always have the best chicken wings it was my wife's first time she loved it she had the steak sandwich with fries and she tastes my chicken wings she was happy we will be back.
