We've been meaning to check out Aguilera's, so glad we did! We got delivery through GrubHub so we still haven't been in to eat, but the food was absolutely stellar. We ordered basic chicken tacos, birria tacos, and el pastor tacos - chips, salsa, and a couple of churros to top it off. Everything was outstanding. My personal favorite Mexican place in town. Prices are fair, service is friendly and quick, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is very casual and lowkey, fitting for the kind of food being served. My personal favorite dish here is the loaded nachos, but I've never been disappointed.

Hands down, the most authentic Mexican food in Rochester. I've tried several places in the city and in surrounding suburbs, but nothing beats Aguilera's. Their rice reminds me of the white rice my great grandmother would make when she was alive. Even the beans are really well seasoned. Their handmade tortillas are a little small but the flavor is marvelous. I've eaten from them at their restaurant and through delivery, and they're always consistent.
