Service was terrible- no bibs, wet wipes or crackers for crab legs, asked for a glass of wine that came at the end of the meal, waitress didn’t clear our dishes when done- horrible service!

As always Red Lobster in Greece NY is always a hit or miss. On yesterday (Wed) we ordered from the new shrimp menu. You had an option of 4,3 or 2 types of shrimp. Unfortunately endless shrimp is for dine in only. So we ordered Walt's famous fried shrimp & shrimp scampi. Needless to say the portions were the size of the refill on endless shrimp. I had Walt's & scampi. I got 5 Walt's shrimp & a small container of scampi. Maybe 6-7 shrimp in total! Each entree was$18.00. Perhaps that was lunch size. Most lunch menus are not that expensive at other establishments, & you get more food. The food was good, fresh& warm.

Horrible service was forgotten about never received are side salads and my wife ordered endless shrimp once food was delivered our waiter apologized and said oh I forgot ur side salads after telling her to remove them from the bill and her dropping our food she never once checked in to see if we needed refills or more shrimp for my wife mind u she didnt get any sides because she asked for a side salad and never got it will not be returning

Took my mother out to lunch after picking up my vehicle from the dealer. Red Lobster is one of my mother's favorite restaurants. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere was quiet and clean. However when it came to food, the taste and flavor was great. But the portion size was inconsistent. The appetizers, Crispy Dragon Calamari was wonderful and plentiful and the Coconut Shrimp was great but you only get 6 for the price. My mom's fish sandwich dinner looked plentiful and she was pleased with it. However I order the Shrimp Your Own Way, and it looked like there was hardly anything there. For the price the portions seemed small, but the plate choice may have contributed to it. The food was very tasty and the experience was fine. But looking at price and portion size of my dinner left me scratching my head. I will give this location another try in the future. But overall, it was ok, not great.

We were served by Diamond, who was absolutely great, had a magnificent meal( Lobster Lovers Dream ) and it was very delicious !! Service was on time and she checked on us 3 times !! We will be back !! Thank you Diamond for a great experience !!

We came in for dinner. There was 3 of us. We spent almost 200.00 including drinks. All the meals were over 40.00 each. Food was cold. Service was so slow and they were not busy at 330pm on a week night. Shrimp scampi looked old. Mashed potatoes tasted old and the lobster tail was cold as were my crab legs .best part of the meal was the biscuits. They were hot. Waitress was rude. Very disappointed in the quality we got for the money spent. Will not be returning nor would I recommend this to anyone.
