So unfortunate... The food was great. I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad. That's where the "great" stopped. I had to beg an off-duty server who was there with friends to help me. She obliged by actually taking my order. I waited 40 minutes for my salad!

I ordered Nachos with Chicken. The order was basically Nacho Chips and Queso poured on the top. Since when has Rookies become a Taco Bell. They don't answer the phone to discuss the quality of the products.

I hate coming here, it’s been numerous of times where I came here for personal pickup ( because their pub pretzel are good) or as a GrubHub driver and they will look you right in your face and never ask “ can I get you anything “?. You will have to wave them down or stop them in their tracks to get any type of assistance. I will NEVER come here for anything else. I hate to come pick up through GrubHub too. If I can give no stars I would.
