I had the meatball sub and overall was pretty good. Balls were cooked well but the sandwich could've been much better if..- a cheap 2-day old hot dog bun wasn't used. For not much more $, why not a fresh piece of Italian bread or something similar? Buttered, grilled and then made. - the first and last bite had no meatball... instead of 2 larger meatballs, why not 3 smaller ones to fill the entire bun?- you melted a little fresh mozzarella on top. I ordered their meatballs in a cup with bread. I thought it was a little pricey, but from the description on the menu it sounded really good. I loved the meatball itself. It was well seasoned and cooked to perfection! The sauce on the other hand I found to be very bland and almost more water than sauce. I wished I could have liked it more, I think this truck has a lot of potentials, but if their sauce is the same for everything, I am not sure what else I could enjoy from their...read full review

The meatballs were juicy and tender. The roll from Flour City was fresh and soft. I loved the unexpected addition of Ricotta cheese and fresh basil leaves...I actually preferred this to melted mozzarella. The sauce was flavorful. Great job at the Rochester Lilac Festival
