I love Tim's and I come here almost everyday. In recent weeks though I think some of the window Staff have been rude. Today 7/5/23 was no exception. They had trouble taking my drive thru order which was a 2for$6 and an Ice Coffee. I was handed drink and 1 sandwich. I told her it was 2 and she told me it wasn't. Got me another and charged me for another single sandwich. Upon leaving she was muttering smart stuff. That is all!
This branch has great customer service and is very fast too. So the convenient is pretty high! Go there every morning and they know my order. Shout out to Jamie who is great at customer service and making great breakfast wraps!
