“Celebrated son's Birthday...was looking for a special experience. French Onion Soup, Clams Casino, Filet Mignon, and Stuffed Pork Chop plus two scrumptious unique deserts hit the mark. I recommend Chadwick's if you are looking for what was only available in Manhattan. Delicious food, and professional staff who knows how to make the customer feel appreciated.“
“Little gem of a restaurant. Wonderful service and cocktails. Everyone's food was superb except one person's as the steak special was expensive and the meat was tough. Nice charcuterie board for an appetizer. Great, attentive waiter.“
“All 6 handrolls in the set menu (salmon, yellowtail, crab, spicy tuna, scallop and lobster) were so fresh and a fabulous combination of beautifully prepared fish and warm rice! The perfectly poached egg in the creamy mentai udon is the best mentai udon I have had- much lighter but more flavorful than what you would find in Japan Village. This restaurant belongs on St. Marks Place in the city! May is so sweet… definitely excited to bring friends and family back the next time around!“
“I went to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends and we all couldn't be happier with the food that we order but specially the personalized service. We felt so welcomed and appreciated that even before we were done, we were planning to go back. 1000/10!!!!“
“Met friends from CT., we are from long island. Food and drinks were amazing! Service was outstanding! Juan and all the staff were terrific! We will definitely make this a regular place to meet. Absolutely worth the trip!!! If I could give 100 stars I would! Complete package.“
“Lost At Sea is a cozy restaurant with a charming vibe, making it a good destination for a date. Seated at the bar, we embarked on a culinary journey that exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional, warranting a solid five-star rating. The chef's bold approach to cooking resulted in dishes bursting with flavors that left a lasting impression on our palates. The outstanding whitefish dip was noteworthy, a true gem that elevated our dining experience to new heights. However, we hit a snag with the clarified Old Fashioned. Despite its intriguing concept, this cocktail fell short of expectations. Devoid of its quintessential bourbon essence and overwhelmed by excessive sweetness, it failed to capture the timeless allure of an Old Fashioned. The bartender attributed the sweetness to an "illusion in my brain," which perplexed me. It was a disappointing choice that left me nursing a hangover the next day.Despite this minor setback, the staff remained attentive and courteous throughout our visit, contributing to the overall warmth of the experience. GO!“
“What a wonderful experience!! The vibe is just as what people have said. Feels like home with great attention in service from the staff. The foid felt like it was cooked from the heart. You can literally see the care they take in cooking the meals. We also appreciated when the owner stopped by our table on his way out and asked if we needed any explanation of menu . He obviously wasn't working today but thought enough to stop to talk to us..This tells you the level of service you get. And you have to take a stroll around place. Not a big place but they have eating areas in the coolest nooks and cranies of the place. Highly recommend!!!“
“First time there and loved every bit of it.Loved the decor and live music. Our server ( sorry forgot his name ) was incredible. He brought over a tray of champagne for my wife’s birthday and knew I was Alcohol free one glass was Ginger Ale. Very nice touch for me . Food was great and very accommodating. No doubt I’ll be back!Dietary restrictions: Alcohol free options“
“First time at Plancha. What a gem! I had a lemondrop to start. A perfectly balanced drink. We ordered grilled shrimp. Had a panini that was a house special with mortadella. Yum. The octopus was tender served over butter beans. Brussel sprout salad was very nice. Pan con Jamon, so good. Dessert bread pudding and lemon chess pie was a wonderful way to end the meal. The staff is very nice and talented. Check out the menu before you go, as they have so much to offer. It is a great casual place with fantastic food in Long Island.“
“Met up with old friends and chose Off The Brook because we heard nice things and it was centrally located. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. We shared zucchini chip, burrata pizza, goat cheese and beet salad and eggplant meatballs. Everything was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive.“
“I would given it a 5 star if my son and I didn't felt rushed to order and leave. We were excited to eat here because it's our 1st time but our server was kinda rushing us to order and leave. I'm sure she didn't mean it that way. As soon we sat down and gave us the menu, she asked what we wanted for appetizers, I had to tell her to give us a few minutes to decide because we didn't even get to open the menu yet. My son asked for a container to bring home his left over. Server came with the container and the bill not even asking if we wanted anything else. My son had to ask for the dessert menu even after handing us the bill. Overall, everything was good except for the rushed experience.“
“Absolutely delicious food, drinks and dessert! I had no clue this was only a mile away from me, but now that I know, I can’t wait to go back. Our waitress told us the chef changes the menu often, so I’m eager to see what other incredible things he cooks up!Only negative is the lack of parking, but we parked on the side street!“
“A lot of my friends recommended this restaurant so I decided to celebrate my mom’s birthday in Sangria 71. I was impressed with the food and interior design. Everything was beyond my expectations. Will definitely come again. If I could have put 10 stars, I would have done this.“
“This spot is a real gem for a chill night out. Not everything blew my mind, especially the ramen was kinda alright, not outta this world, but still solid. Service took a hot minute, which was a bit weird because the place wasn't packed, but the folks working there were cool, so no big deal.“
