Our family really enjoys our carvel cakes! The last few times we’ve chosen to pick them up from this store, we’ve always been satisfied with their service and cakes. The guy is always friendly and accommodating with any writing on the cakes when possible.

Bad service , and attitude . Charged for the ice cream that my daughter has been having for awhile they change the taste and they add sprinkle on it which my daughter didn’t like it at all. Made a complaint and they didn’t care and still said will charge. Told the girl how you charge on something is your fault and it’s not the same Ice cream she has been having for a while. She didn’t care…. No coming here anymore

This Carvel will always hold a special place in my heartAt the shopping center with the Carvel and Holiday farms, there is a magical place called Carvel. One day I was feeling under the weather so I went to CarvelI was unaware that a simple seemingly ordinary trip to the ice cream shop would change my life forever.A friendly Carvel employee named Elyse served me with a warm smile. Her brown eyes and kind demeanor instantly made me feel at home. We struck up a casual conversation, as if we'd known each other for years. Elyse has a way of making people feel comfortable. I opened up to her about the struggles I was facing in my new life. Elyse listened intently and she shared her own stories of challenges. She assured me that I wasn't alone. Her words were soothing black, dark, wounded soul. She was more than just a Carvel employee; she became my guardian angel and friend in that Carvel. I returned to Carvel a lot, not just for the ice cream, but for of Elyse's company. As time went on, we became closer and closer. She was a lifeline that I had desperately needed during a time of loneliness and uncertainty. One dreadful evening, as I walked back from my friends house, I found myself in a dangerous situation. A group of mean boys began to harass me, and my heart was starting to pound so fast. Just when I thought I was about to face the worst, Elyse, my Carvel angel, appeared out of nowhere. She confronted the troublemakers, her voice steady , and with her quick thinking, she managed to defuse the situation and ensure my safety. She even threw flying ice cream saucers at them so they wouldn't come back ever again. She even made Fudgie the Whale come alive and chase them down the street with her magical powers! In that moment, Elyse didn't just save me physically from a potentially danerous encounter; she saved me emotionally, too. She had shown me kindness, friendship, and courage, and she had reminded me that I was not alone in this scary world. Our bond had grown stronger through shared experiences, and I realized that the support she had given me had pulled me out of the depths of loneliness and despair.Thank you Elyse.

Carvel in Roslyn. Wed 2:1 Sunday told only for size on poster. Nothing smaller than purple cup.

I called the Manhasset store on Friday to order a cake for Sunday. The young lady told me I had to come in for a special order and pay in advance. When I came in on Saturday to order and pay for the cake, she told me they need two days for the cake to be frozen! If she had told me that on the phone, I would have come in on Friday. She argued with me and was very unprofessional and kept yelling at me! You would expect an ice cream shop to be able to freeze a cake in 24 hours or at least tell me on the phone what was required. What a bad attitude. I would never go back.

Stopped in here after going to the drive thru lights thing in Roslyn. This has become our new go to for ice cream place when we're in that area now. It's Carvel so they're all sort of the same but I do like the parking better here then other ones by us.

The staff was friendly and great at taking multiple orders. We had no complaints for a standard ice cream shop.
