I came to redeem my good customer rewards and give them to me hot water painted of white .that wasn't coffee.Dunkin Donuts, It is true it is free but do not waste glasses offering hot water that you call coffee.

Horrible service, they took my order and the employee continued to serve the customers who arrived after me instead of placing my order, he served 2 people before my order, another employee sat down without caring how long I waited, when I complained he said they would refund my money. I claimed my money back and they say they should talk to the manager who they never called or tried to return my money. Horrible service the employees don't care about the customer. When I complained, they ignored what he was saying, the employee began to clean the floor while he spoke to him. I will never return to this store and I do not recommend it. the racks of empty Dunuts horrible

I have a hard time giving this place one star because the location is convenient and their coffee is hot, but this is just not a well-run operation. It's as though slow and unfriendly are core parts of their mission statement. Easy to do better here if they tried a little.
