Cooked cockroach in my food! Called to complain the lady on the phone said they don't have a problem with cockroaches. I responded clearly you do! She was so unapologetic. This place is disgusting. I literally had to make myself vomit!

Jenny is such a sweetheart! She is always happy to hear from us and help us with any annoying question we have. You feel like you're a part of the family. Her husband helps out too and he's also great! Food is awesome and they take pride it in!

Definitely a hidden Gem. Jenny is always such a pleasure to speak with. My co-workers and I order from here daily. The food is always good and reasonably priced. I am surprised about the negative reviews as I have never encountered any problems and I have been ordering from here for well over a year. If there was ever any miscommunication with the food ordering (being that we order in a group sometimes) they are always ready to resolve the issue. Aside from this restaurant I recommend Toskana as well, which is another restaurant they run.

It is unfortunate that I wrote a 5 star review about this place 11 months ago which is right below this review praising it as a loyal, long term customer but after what I've dealt with from the bizarre, erratic of not just an employee at this cafe but by the OWNER a review from myself is much needed! I work for a company consisting of 300+ people & I would always speak highly of the food, the owner, the pricing, the quality & promptness of the way this cafe was ran but after the last couple of encounters I had with the owner has completely turned me off & stopped me from ever ordering from here again. The owner trashed the employees at my company calling them rude & disrespectful but now I could see why as she is absolutely out of her mind. She cannot control her tongue or her anger over the phone & as a business owner you should always humble yourself & conduct yourself in a respectful manner to your customers ESPECIALLY your loyal ones. To anyone in the Roslyn, Port Washington area please consider ordering from a new place. Dealing with her will only be a disappointment & headache. Order from IHOP on Uber eats instead. You do not have to have any sort of interaction with illogical, erratic people such as this business owner at Plaza cafe. The quality of the food has gone down hill anyways. Probably considering she has lost a lot of business because of her uncontrolled behavior.! I wouldn't even give any stars but only in order to post this review I have to give at least one star. -Disgusted Customer-

Overall, 4 stars from us here at PRI. The service is always good. The delivery is within 30 minutes. You can pay by card with the delivery man just tell them up front when you order. Soups are ready in the morning, not after 10. Soups are homemade and flavorful. My favorite is the chicken and rice. There's a special called Kim's favorite which I love (sautéed spinach, Mozzarella, toasted pita and grilled chicken). Give it a try but ask for the pita on the side so it doesn't get soggy in the tray with the other food. Also, the breakfast sandwiches are not over priced and you get a good meat to egg portion. I have eaten here for about 2 years on and off and I have never been dissatisfied. Keep up the good work over there!

We order from this place all the time as delivery or takeout!!! This time we ordered for delivery even though the minimum for delivery is $5 according to what is printed on their menu they said it was $10.00!! We still went ahead and placed order for delivery towards the end it just short $1 for their $10 min according to them so we had to order extra food just because they could meet their $10 min delivery which is wrong according to their menu!!!! We neva received the total on the phone and the food tht we ordered had no condiments that came with it!! I am a regular customer of this place and the owner had nasty attitude and tone on the phone!!! I would never order from this place!!!! I wouldn't recommend as their customer service and food is not as great as it seems!!!

I've been ordering from Plaza for the past 2 years. The food is great, there's never been anything I ordered I didn't like (and I'm picky!). Jenny who usually answers the phone is QUICK. I can throw 7 different orders at her, all customized, and they will be correct when they come. Delivery is fast, and they are also way less expensive than their local competitors. My entire office is very happy with Plaza.
Pleasantly surprised with this solid breakfast place. Too bad it's located in an office building but hey -- you get free outside and underground parking!

Plaza cafe is one of my favorite places to order for lunch, I order at least once a week. Such a great atmosphere the owner is amazing always sweet. Although the location was tricky to find at first the food is great and definitely worth experiencing.

I love Plaza! The service is amazing- Jenny the owner is super helpful and FAST. The delivery man is always super nice, helpful and equipped with proper change. My office LOVES the food. We order for breakfast and lunch a few times a week and have never had an issue (and if theres a MINOR mistake they go above and beyond to make us happy) The food is delicious. I do not eat meat and Jenny is always helpful letting me know what she can make for me (off menu) We love Plaza :) Highly recommend. ps BEST OMELETTES EVER. seriously. Better than my favorite diner.
