“Kindred is just an exceptional experience in Saratoga. Our first visit tonight coincided with Chef @chefparmesano - the winner of today's Chili cook-off @Saratoga City Center in conjunction with Saratoga Arts Guild event fundraiser. The wine menu is extensive and rotating - specialty international wines - not just your typical NY selections.Menu features snacks and small plates as well as entree specials. This has a downstate feel like Beacon or Brooklyn NY - and tonight's Moroccan Chicken was on par with what we have experienced downstate.Added bonus: Sunday brunch! We will be back! This will become a new favorite for guests and corporate visitors. And we now want the chili that sold out at lunch!“

“They deserve 10 stars! We were in town for a conference last week, when a few of us wondered into the bar. The bartenders were awesome and served us some amazing cocktails. As the night went on more conference attendees wondered into the bar and the bartenders did a great job taking on the crowd and even stayed open late for us! They were very welcoming and did a great job serving us! The bar and lounge are very cozy and has a great atmosphere. The spirits are great. I had a barrel aged gin and tonic which was absolutely delicious. I regret not purchasing a bottle before I left town.“

“Visiting Saratoga Springs for a conference. Googled well rated places close by. 3 block walk from the Hilton and was well rated. First impression upon entering was a small quaint place. It isn't a place for a large party but for two to four it's perfect. We had no wait , but seemed like we may need to call ahead on a main dining out night. The place was full and loud at first. Once the bar ( 4 seats) cleared out it was quiet enough to have a private conversation. The service was great and very attentive staff. The food was excellent and timing of appetizers and main dishes was spot on. I ordered the a special of surf and turf.. could not finish it. The appetizer was seasoned and cooked well. Expect to spend 100-150 a person plus for drinks. Would come back“

The Misfit Bar • $$

“Came from NYC to spend the weekend and felt like we stumbled upon a hidden gem at this bar. They have a nicely sized cocktail menu with friendly staff and great drinks. The vibe was on point with a really solid DJ. My wife and I were thrilled that we stopped in at The Misfit, hung out for a few hours, and will absolutely be making this a stop on our return trips to Saratoga. We love a good cocktail bar and this is 100% it!“

Palette Community Cafe •
480 Broadway, Saratoga Springs

“I needed a space where I could focus on getting my work done. On the day I visited The Palette (Saratoga Springs), I was nervous, but those fears soon disappeared. I was greeted warmly by Marcella, the COO. She introduced me to two other visitors and we spent the next two hours just learning about each other. By the end of that meeting, I knew I was going to become a member. The Saratoga Springs location is right in the heart of bustling Broadway. It's the perfect location. There are several shared spaces, a few small rooms, and some larger rooms. You can reserve a room ahead of time in case you need to jump on a Zoom call or have a meeting. There is also a small kitchen area that is stocked with water, tea, snacks, and wine! That's such a nice touch. As a member, you have access to a new printer. The Palette has two locations. I've only been to the one in Saratoga Springs. The other location is in Schenectady. I'm excited that The Palette holds many networking events. It's a great way to meet like minded people. If you need a co-working space, look no further. I highly recommend joining The Palette.“

“I was at Haru recently and I must say, the renovations that it's undergone are really nice! The establishment has an area designated for hibachi as well as for regular dining. We were seated immediately and the dining area is clean and pristine and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive and checked on us to see if we were ready to order. It took a bit as the menu is somewhat substantial so you'll want to peruse through it. The visuals are quite good so you can see what some of their dishes look like too. My girlfriend and I both had a California roll appetizer and we had shrimp tempura as our entree. Lunch also came with miso soup and a small salad with ginger carrot dressing on it. Needless to say I was quite full after finishing my appetizer, soup and salad! So yes, I was only able to eat one shrimp and one piece of broccoli tempura as the portion size was good. I happily took my leftovers that reheated just lovely in my toaster oven later on. Overall, I would go back as there is enough variety to keep me interested and there is definitely something for everyone. You are not bound by eating just sushi as you can go for hibachi or appetizers and drinks! A really nice dining experience awaits you!“

The Night Owl Bar • $$
17 Maple Ave, Saratoga Springs

“I would like to say that my ratings are genuine from the heart. Not only is the owner of this establishment a great man and a stand-up individual, but he is very! Polite and respectful. My condolences go out to any customers of any ethnicity if they have ever felt discomforts. One thing I can assure is!! The owners, or employees, etc, are absolutely not racist in any way, shape, or form. I am a man of color, and I have not only visited this club for years, but I have also witnessed how they treat people. If you want to hear good music and enjoy a wonderful atmosphere!! Make sure you stop in ?“
