“Kindred is just an exceptional experience in Saratoga. Our first visit tonight coincided with Chef @chefparmesano - the winner of today's Chili cook-off @Saratoga City Center in conjunction with Saratoga Arts Guild event fundraiser. The wine menu is extensive and rotating - specialty international wines - not just your typical NY selections.Menu features snacks and small plates as well as entree specials. This has a downstate feel like Beacon or Brooklyn NY - and tonight's Moroccan Chicken was on par with what we have experienced downstate.Added bonus: Sunday brunch! We will be back! This will become a new favorite for guests and corporate visitors. And we now want the chili that sold out at lunch!“
“This was our first time visiting, and may i say the food and atmosphere is amazing! We had the meatballs and burrata caprese for starters and didn’t leave anything on our plates, for dinner i had the chicken ala vodka and once again left nothing on my plate! The chicken melts in your mouth!!! My boyfriend had the chicken ala vodka pizza and loved his meal too! This is my new favorite spot in saratoga! Cannot recommend enough! Will be coming here as much as possible from now on!!!!!“
“Excellent food, menu is perfect for the geographical location of Italy they are replicating, which I might say they do very well. Small place, but they really work hard to get you in quick, use the reservation system, they got us in with 5 minutes or our time. Service is excellent and food was amazing, kitchen is upfront, which is actually better than you think. The staff works hard and seem to have a wonderful attitude. This place is wonderful, Kudos to DZ Restaurants very nice work!“
“We found this little gem when we had lunch at I love NY Pizza which was nearby. Everything about our experience was great. Sammie was our server and she was friendly and attentive. We had the arrancini for an appetizer and they were delicious. I had the encrusted chicken over angel hair. It was a large portion and was tender and flavorful. I took one cutlet home. My partner had penne pasta with two different meatballs. He loved it. We splurged on tiramisu. It was a huge portion. We wished they had fresh parmesan. We love eating downtown but it was nice to be away from the crowds. All the staff were friendly and there was a family feel. We will definitely be back.“
“This was our second stop last night, so just wine and dessert to cap off our celebration.I can't believe I have never been here before, but to be honest, my husband and I are not wine drinkers.2 of us ordered a few glasses of wine and were very pleased (2 types of Riesling and an Ice Wine). The waitress was very helpful with steering them to ones they might like.Dessert was split among the 5 of us: 1 bread pudding, 1 slice of peanut butter pie, 1 slice of Flourless Chocolate Cake, and 1 Creme Brulee. This is seriously now my favorite place for dessert. There were more items we didn't try, plus dinner entrees that sound amazing!Wonderful service and a warm, inviting space to spend time hanging out and enjoying drinks and food. Cannot recommend this place more.“
“When every place we went to had a 45 minute wait, we stopped into our local wine bar and had two excellent meals tonight; sea bass and tenderloin, done spectacularly! Don’t forget about this little gem of a dinning spot when you’re out in Saratoga Springs!“
“We go weekly! However, this time was my birthday. The service was very disappointing. We had to order drinks in twos because she wouldn't come back. The food was not on point like usual. There were six of us and she put tip chargers on the bill and they have never done that, as if we never have given a great tip! The service is going down hill as the times go on!“
“I ended up at this restaurant as a nearby Turkish place was closed due to snow in April. We were a party of 4 and got seated immediately even though we showed up without a reservation. This placed was packed on Thursday evening. The waitress was courteous and offered us some treats while we decided on our dinner. We got calamari and roasted cauliflower for the starters moving on to salmon, scallops and a vegetarian dish that the waitress suggested. Flavors were on the spot and cooked to perfection. Must visit if you are in Saratoga or Ballston Spa.Vegetarian options: Not much to choose from but you won’t go hungry.“
“I would ignore the bad reviews, not a one I read was accurate. This is a high end French restaurant in a rather odd location. It's not a cheap diner as it first presents, no it's really a genuine and lovely French eatery. The prices perhaps could be cheaper not were the dishes anything new. It was true classic French cuisine, made well. I should note the bar is also lovely, the aperol spritz was great. This is a fantastic date night or fancy occasion. Avoid it if you are looking for cheap country eats, you are coming here to get some real and well made food.Dietary restrictions: Wonderful celiac options and they catered to a milk allergy well. Fantastic.Kid-friendliness: Tolerated a terrible 2 well.“
“Very cute little champagne bar. Made reservations prior. My table was ready right on time and staff was super friendly. I loved that there was a good selection of drinks and cocktails. The charcuterie was also good! Would definitely recommend enjoying before dinner or for a happy hour! Be sure to make reservations as it is pretty small inside.“
