“I was in the shopping center and wanted to grab some lunch. I went here a few years ago and wasn't impressed. The experience was average. I decided to give Sal's another try. I had the meat lover's slice and chicken caesar slice. Both were great. The meat lover's slice had plenty of meatball, sausage, and pepperoni on top. It was my favorite of the two. The chicken caesar slice had a homemade dressing and fried chicken cutlet on top. I really liked it. There was plenty of chicken on top. The staff at the counter was awesome. Prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely return.“
“Visit this place right next to train station!! Waiting on a train in a city I'm not familiar with, going to meet family and find this gem to kill some time - 4 hours actually. After stressful airports and travel, I uber to this spot and I'm so in love ❤️ FRESH CLAM STRIPS AND A BLOODY MARY (fries were killer too!), GREETED AND HANGING WITH THE AMAZING MAN THAT RUNS IT! Got to hang for hours as other nice regulars poured in, didn't even want to leave to get on the train to Montauk!! Wanted to go for Sunday jam days too! “We celebrated my husband's birthday at Butera's, as it is one of his favorite places to eat. We were seated in a side room off the bar, which initially concerned us, since we thought it might affect our service. I'm happy to report that service was wonderful! Our waitress, Zoe, was friendly and efficient, and she bent over backwards to make sure Dennis' birthday dinner was perfect. We use our Foodie card to get a discount, and we have the Butera's "frequent diner" card, which accumulated points based on the amount of our dinner. I also purchase gift cards at a slight discount at Costco, so all in all, it's an excellent value. Oh, and the food is amazing!!!“
