Meritage is a charming restaurant with a short but interesting menu. The staff is attentive and the atmosphere is lovely. The food is fresh and delicious, with standout dishes like seabass, short-rib ravioli, rack of lamb, and chicken paillard. The famous Bread Pudding is a must-try and dessert options are delightful. While there were some minor issues like noise levels and overly salted spinach, the overall experience was enjoyable. The olive oil served with the bread could be improved, but the sea bass special was exceptional. With exceptional service and a great selection of dishes, Meritage is a delightful dining option for all.
