Mister Chen Seafood & Bar offers above-standard Chinese food with authentic crab meat and pork steamed dumplings that are a gold star. The crab dish was delicious and seasoned well, although lacking spiciness. The lobster and pork dumplings were also delicious, with the house fried rice being a standout. The atmosphere is great, with a decent cocktail list and a bar in front. The service can be slow, but the experience is worth it. The portion sizes are generous, and the decor makes you feel like you're in China. The only downside is that the restaurant can be a bit chilly.
