“This Applebee’s is probably the nicest one I’ve ever been to!
Went as a large group for lunch, and didn’t call ahead (apologies wasn’t my idea!) but they were very accommodating and everything still came out fast.
The food was very good, and as I mentioned did not take long from order time to table. Portion sizes are also very large for the price! Looking at $10-$20 per person without drinks. (Average for our group was about $15 before drinks)
The waitress was very nice, and spent an appropriate amount of time checking on our table to refill drinks and see if we needed anything. Never felt like I had to ask for anything, and also served everyone a water which I always think is a nice touch.
Overall, great spot to grab lunch. The deals they have during the week also make it a great spot to go during a lunch break. Super sad I’m visiting as I’d love to come here again.”

“Great take out. Not a place for dining in. All the regulars are fantastic, boneless ribs, pork fried rice, eggs rolls, Mei fun, lo mein. If you like fish, the house special rice is wonderful. Great local spot.”

“Love these guys, sometimes I order the kofta over rice (comes with 2 kofta) and I'll add extra kofta (adds another one) and they'll give me 6 kofta total and if that isn't customer service I don't know what is.

Also there is a 2 for 1 deal on platters over rice at the time I'm making this review and that is just amazing.

Totally worth the price, very filling food, one platter is enough to feed two normal people. Will continue to be a customer!”

“Carvel is classic. A nice, busy Carvel on William Floyd, on your way to the beach. They have all the basics Carvel has to offer. A nice staff and a clean Carvel. Nowhere to sit though. It's a take out and eat in your car Carvel, as usual.”

“Waitress doubled tip that we left on card. The Friendly’s in Shirley - food was good. It appears the waitress doubled her tip (the tip usually gets posted to the card at and of day separate from bill which is posted immediately). She was young pleasant, light skin, light brown hair with patches of blue and green in her hair. No where near worth a 16 dollar tip.”

“I had an amazing interaction with a server named Allen. He recommended all the great foods to eat, and made sure I had an excellent visit. I truly have not had a better experience at a restaurant. I will most definitely be back to get back their one of a kind General Tso’s Chicken.”

“Tacos asada tacos were very well done and prepared fresh bye a Honduran lady and she was happy when I told here that I was Mexican and here tacos were made close to authentic and she was happy, bye they she didn’t know what Menudo was so they don’t have a lot Mexican cuisine’s but there food was very fresh and excellent!! When I was waiting for My Order I saw how all the staff works. Unfortunately there are some of the staff that have Attitudes.
