I have been coming to Carlo's for years and their pizza is always the best! At other places the pizza is inconsistent but at Carlos it is always great no matter who the pizza maker is. Garlic knots are delicious too. Wish there were more locations.
I have rated them very good in the past but very disappointed in current pizza taste and customer service. Pizza had no flavor to it at all and very greasey and only had cheese on it.....I can see if I had pepperoni or something else and the garlic knots were absent any garlic or oil which I asked for extra and received none.

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows this place makes the best garlic knots on the island. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. Not with just the customers but with each other. 10pm Saturday night the night before Xmas eve and these kids behind the counter were helping other out making sure if one of them was busy with a customer the other picked up the slack and finished the task. Great staff great pizza awesome knots!
