“My husband’s favorite beer. He organized a visit to celebrate his birthday with our kids, friends, and dog. We had a lovely time. The food is legitimately good, the atmosphere is laid back, and the beer is great. My kids had a ton of fun running around and shopping at the pop up tents on the lawn. Would definitely recommend, and we’ll be back again.“

“We came here for the first time yesterday, on my birthday, for breakfast and WOW!! How have we never been here?? The food is amazing! The staff was all very friendly and yes we did go back for some baked goods to go after finishing our meal! Can’t wait to go back!!“

“The food was good, I ordered just a waffle and bacon recently, but unfortunately, the TV was tuned to Newsmax and I was told "it couldn't be changed". Now that I know the extreme political views of those in charge, I won't be spending any more of my money there. Nor will I recommend the Lakeside Diner any more. Too bad, it used to be such a nice place.“

“Always a great place for breakfast and brunch. There is nearly always a wait, plan accordingly. We've had their sweet and savory dishes and it's all good (pancakes, omelettes, burgers, etc).The inside is so super clean and airy. Service is great as well. No wonder it gets the Best of Bergen each year.“

“The ice cream monster (speaking of myself) who is pretty critical of ice cream met Marisa today, and was recommended two different ice creams in one cup. Java fudge chip(coffee ice cream with fudge and chocolate chunks)and Black raspberry blast(black raspberry ice cream with raspberry filled chocolate cups).Aaaaamazing! yes not many people mix two different types of flavors but I like to experiment.The first one had a beautiful hint of coffee mixed in with amazing surprising bites of chewy fudge and little niblets of chocolate pieces.The second one with a robust flavor of creamy raspberry with nice surprises, a little raspberry filled chocolate cups which just melted and added a surprise blast of additional flavor on top of the ice cream.Really glad I stopped by to satisfy my ice cream craving! And left verrrry happy!!Will definitely be back!“

“Went here on St. Patrick's day. They were in full party mode as one would expect and hope for. It was memorable but the music was a bit to loud for me as it was almost impossible to have a conversation. I'm sure some others would disagree. The Irish food was pretty good, The beer was the best part. Had a Guinness of course.“
