We have our new *Spot* for our visits back to Long Island!My husband & I are both originally from Long Island and now live in Phoenix Arizona. Each year when we come home to visit family we will bring back anywhere from a half dozen to 3 or 4 dozen bagels. The best bang for your buck!! Their bagels are as big as a hamburger. I was full & didn't need to buy lunch. Great customer service. I'm definitely going back to this place highly recommended!!! HUGE delicious soft bagels!!!!

I was a little upset at how the red-haired woman behind the counter treated me when I had a complaint about my daughters bagel. There was no need to give me an attitude. Another blonde haired woman with glasses tried to rectify the situation but at that point I was fumeing and left. She really needs to learn how to speak to people.
