If you want well done bacon don't go here. Asked for burnt bacon and reiterated not to be scared to char the bacon. It was still fatty and chewy and nowhere close to being well done. Hate when a Deli can repeat your order and still can't follow the instructions. Wasn't even

Food is great. The staff's attitudes are why they only get 3 stars. It was my first experience there and will definitely be my last because I don't know who pissed in their coffees this morning. Even from when I placed my order over the phone, the man was rude and was saying slick comments as if I wasn't still on the phone. And then I finally get to the shop and then the female even had attitude so I guess their perfect for each other to work with but 1000% I will not be returning.

We have our new *Spot* for our visits back to Long Island! My husband & I are both originally from Long Island and now live in Phoenix Arizona. Each year when we come home to visit family we will bring back anywhere from a half dozen to 3 or 4 dozen bagels. Arizona is VERY limited when it comes to good bagel spots.Life just isn't the same without a good bagel breakfast sandwich.Well, after trying G & L bagels this morning - we have found OUR SPOT to go to when we come home.Service was awesome, food was even better.thank you for making a cold rainy morning much better for 2 people questioning their life choices to visit during a cold wet month. 58⁰ cold and wet vs 95⁰ with ZERO humidity or rain. Normally, I'd say that I'll take 95⁰ any time... EXCEPT THIS TIME; If coming out during cold wet weather, means that we also get G & L Bagels ---COUNT ME IN!!!!!!!

The bagel was so fresh, and the raisen and walnut cream cheese delicious. The hostess was friendly.

The best bang for your buck!! Their bagels are as big as a hamburger. I was full & didn't need to buy lunch. Great customer service. I'm definitely going back to this place highly recommended!!! HUGE delicious soft bagels!!!!

I was a little upset at how the red-haired woman behind the counter treated me when I had a complaint about my daughters bagel. There was no need to give me an attitude. Another blonde haired woman with glasses tried to rectify the situation but at that point I was fumeing and left. She really needs to learn how to speak to people.

They seem like really nice people but I have to say they are absolutely gouging their customers! A bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel is $7.49 and that’s their CASH price. Not sure I am allowed to mention competitors on here so I won’t give out the name but a comparable if not better bagel shop right down the road on main street is $5.79 for their same exact sandwich. That’s a 30% difference. And that’s not the only comparison. Literally every other deli I’ve purchased the same exact sandwich for in the area is considerably less. This is not a typo they are gouging $7.49 for a bacon egg and cheese! You know what’s the worst? When a business owner complains that prices of things are up so they have to make their profit. I get that. I own a business as well. But when your competitors at 30% less than you then you can’t use that excuse anymore. When eggs were super expensive stores raised prices. Totally get that. When the price goes down you are supposed to help your customers out and adjust them back, not continue to take advantage of them and fatten your wallets! It’s simply unacceptable and I will not be going back.Update: The sandwich does come with a coffee or Small OJ but most of their competitors do also! What if you don’t drink coffee or OJ? Do you get a discount? Cmon that’s just an excuse to drive up the price. In one instance there is a place that does not include coffee or juice but you can purchase for a discount of $1 so it’s still cheaper than your prices. There’s nothing to argue here , you are overpriced. Period. As far as complaining directly, would that change anything lol. This is not personal so stop taking it personally. you seem like a really good guy just admit that you are expensive.

they have the best Bagels anywhere.

The bagels are good. They have the best french toast bagel around. The coffee is weak and generic. But I'll never come back. Every single time I come here on the weekend the owner's plumber friend strolls right past the line, walks behind the counter and starts barehanding bagels.

To say this is the weakest bagel in Fdale is an understatement. On the same tier as Stop and Shop.I live just down the street and have unfortunately paid for this joke of a bagel easily 200 times. If you are going here you are lying to yourself.

The biggest and best bagels around! Great family owned business that's been in the neighborhood for decades because they make great sandwiches and salads.
