Not happy. Usually ok in person. Ordered thru food delivery app today. Super dry food. No sauce added. No option to customize as in remove veggies or add sauce. Not happy. Wont get delivery here again.
Ordered three chicken terayaki with extra chicken meals for take out $34.15. I can't even imagine what no extra chicken is because there is no chicken in these meals. So disappointed. I won't be coming to this Sarku again for sure. Although further away, the queens mall sarku is the one to go to. I paid $38 here for four chicken terayaki with extra chicken meals and they definitely packed on the chicken.

Workers preparing food give attitude. They also do not pay attention to what you have ordered and will give you food that has been sitting out rather than in the appropriate timing and freshness. Last time I will get food here. Lost my appetite bc of the rudeness.
