Customer service is very important, and this place has great customer service. Not only does the young lady know what I want, without me even asking. She makes a great cup of coffee, and always with a smile. This is a place where I don't mind spending my money.
Well the first thing they have to update their pictures ? Now they don't have specials I wonder what happens to the smell of cinnamon it's gone my advice to them if you want to get rid of the already packs trays make just a few everyone wants a fresh pack and don't get annoyed about it remember if you make a customer happy he will come back and you will have keep your job.To the managers please training is a must for employees or to the owners don't blame the employees get ripoff...read full review
