I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it is good and we just need some quality places to stick around in Southampton village. It's a cute restaurant. I appreciate their decor. New this season, in the old Red Bar space, the food firstly is excellent - think a cross between Balthazar and le Bilboquet - the only place where you can get a soufflé and escargot in Southampton. Service is good though when we were there it was a Saturday night and every table was full leading to a little delay between courses though worth it - the food was great. My quibble is the noise level - the low ceiling and lack of noise deadening make the sound (without music) unintelligible....read full review
We had an amazing dinner this evening. Food and service was excellent My husband order mussels which was outstanding I had the beet salad which was delicious and for my main course the scallops were the best i ever had My daughter also enjoyed the beet salad and duck breast for her dinner I highly recommend this place for a great dinning experience
