I purchased a ice cream birthday cake but I ordered 2 days prior to the birthday party and I wanted it personalized and y’all they did not fail me. I was extremely happy with my purchase the workers were absolutely helpful and friendly. My sister and her friends were excited & the picture was completely edible.

Tough review here. The service was excellent - very friendly. I got a brown bonnet with vanilla ice cream. I've been eating Carvel vanilla for more than 50 years. Something was different. There was more air in the ice cream. It tasted like it was "whipped". Not good. Hope it was a one-time thing. But this isn't my regular Carvel, so I may never know.
