The worst dunkin customer service ever. I ordered small coffee and bagel twist with cream cheese and bacon. I paid whatever extra for bacon but the old lady in the sandwich station rudely give my food and shout in front of 5-6 people next time no bacon just cream cheese or butter. It's Monday morning everyone deserve good customer service and I already paid what i want. I also used to work in dunkin so I know if customer asked something and already paid, It's employee's job to make it.

The evening staff is very bad, they do not want to work, and the language of communication with the customer is bad. They are not fluent in the language, and this affects their understanding of what the customer wants ... I do not recommend going to this

'Miserable experience and a waste of time. We recommend that you find somewhere else.. On a road trip from Long Island to South New Jersey we used Waze to find this location to get a coffee donut and use the restroom. The 4 of us ordered a bunch of stuff, and asked to use the restroom. They denied us. Told us to go to the neighboring bodega and use their bathroom. We canceled our order, got in the car and found somewhere else to stop.

I didn't know that Dunkin Donuts had Kosher locations, meaning locations that are under kosher supervision. The menu is different( no pork) which is perfect for my new life style and the food just taste better. If you didn't know now you know. You can check on line to find kosher location near you.

Got a bagel twist and a ham and swiss croissant stuffer this morning. The ham and swiss croissant stuffer was disgusting do NOT get it. They gave me an old bagel twist out of a drawer instead of the fresh ones on the shelf... it was rock hard and it had hair coming out from the inside . What a waste of money.

This place doesn’t serve any meat. So just because the owners are vegetarian the rest of us have to be. I had to drive to another place to get an actual breakfast because they serve veggie bacon & veggie sausage. This isn’t Dunkin’ smh
