Really frustrating having to deal with the drive thru. It’s the only one closest to where I work so it’s my only option. The woman had to input my entire order that I had already put in with the guy on the speaker. Then they handed me the wrong drink and acted like I was in the wrong and laughed about it. I just kept it since I had to leave. Not a great experience
Not 1 person speaks English at this location at 1st thought was me when I ordered at drive thru then pulled up to window and had a 2nd person not understand me either thought I was in twilight zone

Ok so, I've been going to Dunkin here & there thru out the yrs. BUT WHEN COVID HIT!!! I have to say this, " Thank God, for Dunkin Donuts !!" I'm NOT going to lie.. I am an avid Starbucks person." I turned my back on Starbucks ( they were also closed near me) & downloaded the DD APP & started a relationship with Dunkin. ??.
