The male employee with a mask that works night shift was rude to my family and complained about us asking for our ice creams and he forgot our order in the drive thru. His attitude was absolutely disgusting that we don’t plan on returning ever again. They mess up with my sisters order when she order a waffle cone with vanilla and they gave her cookie dough instead and we asked for vanilla so the guy put an extra scoop of vanilla on top of the cookie dough and charged us extra for no apparent reason.

There were several workers available to take my order inside the dunking donuts and they just ignored me. Only one worker was attending to the customers inside, horrible service. I noticed that there were many flies by the donuts and landing on them, disgusting. This store is public health hazard and shows little concern for maintaining clean, sanitary conditions. I will never return to this store. The health dept. should do an inspection.

While he should be taking care of customers he was more concerned about me and my co-worker and being parked in the parking lot. He places his head through the pick-up window yelling out asking what are we doing there. I told him to place the order via the app for pickup. We'll you are taking too long was his response. He then had an attitude when he has to serve us. I wonder if he knows that customers keep him employed. He appears to be middle age, overweight, non-black male. Very rude. I asked for napkins and sighed and took about ten seconds to provide the napkins. If you are a black person be careful DD may not want to serve us. I will be making a formal complaint to the corporate office. I will also make a statement on social media. NO GOOD MORNING WELCOME TO DUNKIN DONUTS. Racism is real people beware.
