I am recovering from gut surgery and the miso broth from Hitto Ramen Hylan has been and is the most nourishing thing for me. I cannot wait to be able to enjoy all the delicious foods they have here.
For a 9pm ramen run, it's pretty good. It's also nice to have more Asian choices pop up over the past few years in SI! The karaage chicken is really good (not authentic because it wasn't fried with potato flour) and the dressing that comes with it IS SO GOOD. I got the spicy ton ton men, which more or less is a dan dan noodle. However it was really heavily salted and overly saucy. Had the Chashu bun for appetizer (pork bun). Perfectly balanced tender pork glazed with a delicious sweet sauce with a tiny kick at the end. We had the Kimchi ramen and the Osaka Beef ramen. Both were all around excellent with tender pieces of pork, beef etc. Attentive service with a smile, very nice atmosphere and trendy music. Great experience will be back.
