Had the Chashu bun for appetizer (pork bun). Perfectly balanced tender pork glazed with a delicious sweet sauce with a tiny kick at the end. We had the Kimchi ramen and the Osaka Beef ramen. Both were all around excellent with tender pieces of pork, beef etc. Attentive service with a smile, very nice atmosphere and trendy music. Great experience will be back.

I am so traumatized. Nearly spent $80 for (4) tonkatsu ramen last night. I don't know if there was cross contamination but the soup was hot and the other ingredients like noodles and pork were warm, almost cool. We have severe food poisoning with all the symptoms, vomited all the food and broth and can barely move our bodies. I will never ever eat here again. Not worth it.

I am recovering from gut surgery and the miso broth from Hitto Ramen Hylan has been and is the most nourishing thing for me. I cannot wait to be able to enjoy all the delicious foods they have here.

To start with the pros, the service and atmosphere are great. The actual venue is very well put together, and the servers brought out the food quickly. Too quickly.The food itself however... Was incredibly mediocre. We started with the Karaage chicken, and got miso and tonkotsu ramen.All dishes felt like they came out of a microwave. The Karaage especially to me felt like something that was purchased pre frozen, or at the very least made FAR ahead of time and reheated.The ramen also had halmarks of this, as the broth was hot yet the toppings and meat itself were cold to lukewarm. This lead to an odd taste/odor in some toppings, and non-ideal meat texture.I will never be coming back
For a 9pm ramen run, it's pretty good. It's also nice to have more Asian choices pop up over the past few years in SI! The karaage chicken is really good (not authentic because it wasn't fried with potato flour) and the dressing that comes with it IS SO GOOD. I got the spicy ton ton men, which more or less is a dan dan noodle. However it was really heavily salted and overly saucy. More noodles than sauce would make the dish a lot yummier!Service was super fast as we were the last customer there. They were nice and gave us little yogurt Yakult drinks with our bill!

We went for a quick lunch and left disappointed. Ordered two tonkatsu ramen, the soup base is not rich and the portions are very small. The worst part was the pork chashu, it was only fat and very disgusting to eat. I told the waiter about the chashu and all he said is that he was sorry, didn't offer a discount or to replace it. Will not recommend or go back. Although the place is nice and clean.

This is the second location on Staten Island that I have visited. Both locations are well run and the food is made the same.
I started with the Karrage which was perfect. My curry ramen was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect temperature to start digging in immediately. The staff were very nice and the atmosphere is very modern. The seats were especially comfortable which many restaurants don't consider. Overall I'm very satisfied with this ramen spot.
