“I wanted to share a wonderful experience that I had at the Dunkin Donuts onRoute 59 in Suffern Our son, Avi came home this weekend. I met his van at the Dunkin Donuts near Woodbury Commons. When I arrived Avi asked if I could buy him a donut and I told him that we would drive back to Suffern and buy a donut at the kosher Dunkin Donuts. When we arrived at the Dunkin Donuts in Suffern there was a worker from Dunkin Donuts outside hanging a sign that the drive thru was closed and she told me that I would have to go into the store. I politely told her that we were going to leave because I had my son with autism with me and it was not in his best interest to go into the store. Sophia, the Dunkin Donuts employee, with a smile and without hesitation said, "It's okay, what's your order? She then took my order from the parking lot. I ordered 5 donuts. She returned with 6 donuts and told me that it was cheaper that way and handed me the donuts. I tried to give her a tip and had to convince her to take it. Sophia's kindness, in the drizzly weather, was without hesitation and with a smile on her face. She made my day and certainly made Avi's day. We are very grateful! #randomactsofkindness“
“Very clean inside, and very quick and pleasant at the drive thru. The employees are always friendly and the orders are always correct. The line gets long sometimes but they move it along quickly and the food is always the better quality McD's (as opposed to some locations who just slap the food together). I will go out of my way to visit this location over others in the area.“
“Quick service. Order made correctly. My only issue is that one of the workers started mopping the floor around me as I waited for my order, pausing for me to move so he could mop my spot where I was standing. There was no one else in the store. He could've waited until I received my order. Also he created a slip hazard around me, I luckily did not fall with my hot coffee.“

“Stopped by this hidden gem with my mom this Saturday. We were greeted by very attentive servers and a beautiful space. The food was absolutely delicious and presented so nicely. We ordered the avocado toast and built our own savory crepe. Among all of the fun drinks they had to offer, I ordered the Icy Bear Latte it was delicious and adorable. We are definitely adding this to our brunch list in Bergen County, and are looking forward to our next visit!“

“They make their food fresh and they really impressed me. Their food was also really delicious and I will go back there. The people there were also very nice. “We made it right on time, as kitchen closes 15 minutes before closing. Food came out hot and quickly. The banh mi was insane, amazinf flavor and really nice presentation. Their salad and dressing is also so good!! Really cute corner in the entrance with some gifty items and cute greeting cards. Bakery items looked amazing, will try next time. “It's Dunkin' Donuts ....you know what you are getting. Great coffee and if you love donuts....it's yours. Parking stinks because you're on a main drag, but if it's nice out, park around the corner and enjoy your walk!!“
