“I want to say thank you to Jenn Alicia Erin and Josh I talked to say going through a grocery store and having a Starbucks there where I can pick up the coffee for my wife is so handy I don't drink coffee but I do make sure my wife has what she needs for her morning cup of coffee before work and with that said this place and these people four of them have made my shopping and Starbucks a enjoyable rewarding place to go they cater to my disabilities and I have quite a few and most of it is my brain and how it acts let's just call it a brain problem anyway I go there and I get just what I want and I also get something I don't expect in its dignity honor and respect and nowadays that means a hell of a lot and it would that said if it wasn't for these four people I wouldn't go to that Starbucks I will go somewhere else and I actually live closer to somewhere else then I do to this place and when I need coffee and anything Starbucks offers and everything there is great tasting and it certainly smells good even though I don't drink coffee I like the smell of it but they grind my coffee or my wife coffee to a French roast and tonight was especially odd I was having a few problems and when I went there the attendant that I saw was somebody I never met before but I asked him to grind up a pound of coffee for French roast and then I forgot to get it before I checked out again my brain well when that guy's replacement came in he told them that some guy came up and did what I did ask to grind of coffee and he described me and I was it made me laugh when they told me he told that person that a guy came in dressed in black and look like a biker country guy with a country accent and they automatically knew who it was and they said he'll be back when you remembers by God I did when I got home put my stuff away and I said to myself darn it I left without getting the coffee my wife needs it for morning even though she said I could go to a local grocery store and not get Starbucks flavored coffee that was not going to do in my book my wife deserves the best and I try to do my best for her because she works so hard to provide what she provides for us and that is a stable life and a very good life because I met my wife when she was 6 and I was eight and I will never ever forget that and obviously we're still together and with that said the relationship between me in this Starbucks will be just the same it will never end until I am forced to move on because I move with my wife and sometimes she transferred from one place to another not company just a different place and with that said I'll be sad to leave Allendale area I don't live in Allendale but I drive there to get my coffee and the food from the grocery store that they're inside of so my Kudos is 100% honest and true if it wasn't for them I would be going somewhere else for my coffee I was still go to Acme grocery store because they're wonderful and the combination of the both makes me shopping experience that used to be tedious and just a pain in the butt to do is now something I enjoy to both of them I say a big 100% thank you“

I came to this Taste the Top like a Yelp Elite event today thanks to Sarah and her team. Located in Wayne off of Valley Road, Jackie Small is a bright, comfortable, and cozy eatery with 13 two-seater tables open during breakfast and lunch. There was no wait upon entering and being greeted by the staff, Hector. Their menu, inspired by traditional Middle Eastern recipes, is vast, featuring their popular shawarma grain bowl, Greek salad, as well as French toast, avocado toast, grilled cheese, blueberry pancakes, veggie bowls, BLT's, etc. It's first come, first served, as one orders at the counter, has a seat, and they'll deliver your food to your table. I decided on Smalls Scramble consisting of 3 eggs soft-scrambled, Gruyere cheese, roasted tomatoes, truffle home fries, and multi-grain toast. To wash it down, I went for the Mango Supreme smoothie (mango nectar, strawberry, banana, honey, and pineapple). The food was perfect—great portions and very good quality. The smoothie was delicious and refreshing. This place checked all the boxes, which I can recommend.“

“OMG! What an experience! I passed this place so many times not knowing it was there. One day, I decided to try it with my wife. Everything is fresh. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. Everyone is nice. The tempura was awesome. We have been going there almost every day. It’s a new experience.“

“Stopped by this hidden gem with my mom this Saturday. We were greeted by very attentive servers and a beautiful space. The food was absolutely delicious and presented so nicely. We ordered the avocado toast and built our own savory crepe. Among all of the fun drinks they had to offer, I ordered the Icy Bear Latte it was delicious and adorable. We are definitely adding this to our brunch list in Bergen County, and are looking forward to our next visit!“

“Pour City Roasters is the best coffee around. So much better then the big chain places. Jimi, Allison and family make you feel at home when you go in. The service is excellent and they treat you like family. The coffee is like nothing you have ever had. Go have a cup and you will not be “

“Absolutely LOVE coming here. The coffee is the best in Rockland. They have a huge selection of quality coffee, delicious teas and pastries. The atmosphere is so relaxed and cozy. I come here all the time to read, study, get work done, have a cup of coffee and chat with friends. Ethan, the owner, is the best! Very knowledge and such a kind guy . Genuinely makes you feel like you're a regular no matter how many times/how often you go. I can not recommend this place enough!!“

“Great place with great real fresh roasted coffee. Coconut cold brew is my favorite of the cold brews. Always hang out there on Fridays and the owner is a great guy who runs the place. The baristas are excellent and some of the home specialties offered there like the biscotti are excellent. Well worth the stop if you are in the area and say hi if you are there on a Friday morning.“

“Very nice. People were very friendly and everything was yummy. We sat outside and enjoyed the drinks. My friend had an Electric Garden smoothie and I had a lavender latte. We also had some pastries. All were lovely! We did not order much but my friend goes there often and loves everything. They easily accommodated another customer who asked for several personalizations in her already complex drink. I thought that was awesome.I will be back!“

“The Honey Day Cafe has amazing food and the Korean-brunch fusion is something I haven't tried before finding this place. The K-chicken and waffles are really good, great flavor and the mochi waffles make it really unique. Huge selection of coffee drinks which are also really good. I've dined in and got food to-go before and it's always been really quick, even if it's busy. Highly recommend giving it a try!“

“The best healthy breakfast I've ever had the apple cinnamon and the Irish soda bread scone were amazingly good and the egg whites with the spinach and onion, tomato and grilled chicken. Best thing I've ever had. I just love the presentation on how you made my food :) great job on making my food the egg whites are the healthiest thing I've ever had I would highly recommend going to this place in my opinion egg whites are the best option for a healthy choice.“

“I worked with Ma’s Tea House for a corporate event. Initially we wanted them to come on site at our NYC office location at make fresh bubble tea as people came into the office, which they do offer, but the building had a lot of specific requests which made it difficult to coordinate. We ended up deciding to switch to a delivery of 100 bubble teas in the morning for my event that same afternoon. From start to finish, they were very easy to work with and responsive. I stopped by the shop and Justin worked with me to decide on what would be best for delivery and what flavors would be good options. I even requested they add my company’s stickers to the cups along with their own and they did. Delivery was a little tough (but that was due to the location of the office in midtown, police officers not allowing vehicles to stop, etc.) but we eventually found each other for delivery and they helped bring the bubble teas into the building within the delivery time discussed.As for the bubble teas during the event, we decided on 50 white peach rose with strawberry popping boba and 50 passion fruit with mango popping boba. They were a HUGE hit and mostly gone within the hour from the start of the event which we didn’t expect. We were anticipating some leftovers by the end of the day, but in the end, there were none.Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other quotes that we received. Brian was great to work with. We would look to work with them again in the future!“

“Two visits and 2 for 2 on the quality. Locally owned and run. Clean tables, swept floor, friendly knowledgeable service. This store is what Starbucks used to be in terms of excellent coffee drinks and delicious pastries (some from Balthazar) including a waffle croissant creation called croffle. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Love the coffee and tea selection- good strong coffee that’s not bitter, and prices reasonable. People are helpful and friendly. Menu appears small until you realize that they will make you any flavor combination, hot or cold, with any milk type (real milk, almond milk…) Pictured is an iced latte with almond milk and mocha syrup and an iced caramel latte with regular milk. They also sell whole bean coffee which they will grind for you, many teas, snacks, and gift items. And just a cute nice place to sit and relax, too!“

“I can't help ,but rave about my favorite bagel shop that has become an essential part of my Sundays. From the moment I step foot inside Henry’s Bagel Cafe, I am greeted with the delightful aroma of freshly baked bagels, and I know I am in for a real treat.“

They have fresh hot bagels coming out on rotation, I never ask for my bagels from here to be toasted because they’re always warm and fluffy on the inside and have a nice crisp on the outside. Every bagel here is literally made to perfection & will not disappoint! Their breakfast sandwiches are never a miss too! “So many drink options! Excellent coffee, you can customize in every way possible. They offer lots of recommendations if you're overwhelmed and can't make a decision. Servers are always patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Scones are good and the breakfast wraps are the absolute best. The only two drawbacks are that it is quite pricey, and it takes an awfully long time for food orders. I would get breakfast here every morning but it's at least a 15 min wait if you order any food, and there's almost always a line to order. Overall, it's a very good coffee shop and provides an excellent alternative to just the usual Dunkin and Starbucks in the area.Parking: There are only a few spots in front of the coffee shop but you can park further down past C&RC or near Ernie's, if needed.“

“This place is the best. Good quality coffee and nice baristas. Lots of parking... Only complaint: they take so long. If you're in a rush, don't come here. If you get stuck behind even 3-4 people in line - you will be waiting for your coffee for a while. it would also be one thing if the Barista's's were working extremely quickly, but they take their sweet time and are basically in slow motion / don't really seem to care at all that there's a line out the door of people waiting. Regardless, this coffee is amazing, the shop is so cute and just wanted to give some constructive criticism on the service because sometimes it is the one thing that stops me from coming and going somewhere else!“

“I don't think I've ever had something from JDs that I didn't like. The food is always fresh and delicious. We've used them for catering also and I was impressed with their pricing and options. Tables are always full and staff is always friendly. Quality is consistent. My favorite is constantly changing but my family loves the BLK and the patsy.“

“I love this place!!!! The food is incredible although I think it could very well be a restaurant with table service and not a walk-in place. I particularly go from Jersey City and it is frustrating sometimes not being able to sit down to eat because there is someone just having a coffee and using the space as coworking. Which has happened to me on several occasions. Then the restaurant loses the opportunity for much higher consumption.“

“I had the gnocchi and it was absolutely AMAZING! Not only that, but I saw that they had cheesecake so I tried a slice and can I just say, I was in HEAVEN! I am not usually a dessert kind of person, but this cheesecake might have changed my opinion on dessert, forever. If you have the chance to stop by and try their cheesecake, I highly recommend it. “My husband brought me and my daughter here. The Gelato's where so delicious. I had a small cup of the strawberry cheesecake Gelato and my daughter had a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of vanilla bean. We will definitely come back again“

“Amazing coffee location!! I love visiting CoZie for their unique fresh coffee!! The inside is nice and cozie with some unique places to sit however since everyone loves visiting they are usually taken. The menu is extensive with unique coffees like ferrero rocher (they give you a with an actual Ferrero rocher), dulce de leche, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Girl Scout cookies, rose and more. Ive ordered so many different coffees and the salted caramel cold brew is definitely my favorite!!! It is delicious, their coffee is always fresh and tasty. Their cake pops are kids favorites, with unique ones like s’mores that has mini crackers and marshmallows! I definitely recommend, it is delicious! Around the same price of other coffee chains but much better. Support local!!Dietary restrictions: Offer lots of drinks and different milks“

“Todays breakfast was enjoyed at The Golden Grill Restaurant in Teaneck, NJ. It's a cute breakfast nook tucked amongst a row stores and shops on a busy road in Teaneck, but the vibe is homey and comfortable. The staff is super down to earth and have this bustling little restaurant working like clockwork. The prices were great and the food was stick to your ribs good. We wound up ordering the following menu items: - chicken noodle soup - corned beef hash with eggs and grits - Smoked ham and eggs - hot chocolate“

“There are few quality coffee houses anymore. I used to frequent Damien & Sinclair in downtown Nyack. It closed too after a good run. I've spoken to the owner who used to visit the defunct wine bar. The cappuccino was legit and the pastries above average. We need more spaces like this in Rockland Co. Thanks Dean's Coffee. One more thing, I hope your hours have expanded since the pandemic. Otherwise, Dean's Coffee is a solid place to sip delicious drinks and relax.“

“This was my first time coming here. The decor is rlly trendy. But having more square tables would be more helpful when it comes down space for food, ex. The drink I got was AMAZING though. I got a spring special. There was so many flavors, that mixed well together, and the dry flower petals on top made for a cut aesthetic for it. My friend got a vanilla latte that she said was splendidly average. I got the spicey avo toast. When it said Spicey ,it wasn't wrong. My friend got a breakfast sandwich. It was extremely small for one though. I would suggest adding for variety to the hot food menu. One thing to keep in mind is how EXPENSIVE this place is. It would be nice for lower prices too.“

“Haven't been to this coffee shop in so long due to not living locally but the coffee was just as good as I remember it last! Came around 10am, was a little busy but service was quick and efficient. The baristas were very friendly and my hot latte w/ oatmilk was really good. Their pastry selection could be a little more appealing but overall, great spot! The cafe has a good amount of seating and restrooms. Street metered parking also all around!“

“My butter roll came back just a little too crispy. I guess because I asked for it toasted instead of plain heated. But they've got tye absolute best chicken empanadas I've tasted in my life.
