Saw them deal with a Karen today who didn't realize restaurants have been short staffed. Service has been good anyway tho. If that Karen's reading this, I know I gave you the thumbs up to walk in front of my car but you should wear warmer clothes before complaining in a drive thru window.

They prioritize the drive thru. We waited 10 minutes inside then went thru drive thru thinking it would be faster but we ended up waiting another 20 minutes.

The employees are downright rude at this place and for a while the shake machine was down and my son who used to work there told me that they say it's down when they just don't want to make them. The drive thru person which is more often than not the same girl always looks miserable and acts like she doesn't like her job at all. They make the burgers very sloppy as well. Just thrown together and not at all appetizing when you open the paper wrapping.

This location is a crap hole. Dirty and disgusting. The drink machine had almost all of the selections "blacked out" and unavailable. The selection available was all soda water, terrible taste. The french fry lady, when not leaning on her elbows, takes the long french fries out of the boxes to screw over the customers. We were there at 12:15 on a Friday and the place was empty except for an employee lounging in the tables. We returned the nasty food and that's when the posse of nasty witches started yelling, swearing and monkey~arming. What rude POS they all are. Everyone was involved too. When I said I would call the home office they claimed "we are not a part of them so we can do whatever we want to". Not quite, you can't get my money. It's good to see that BK has relaunched their image and this is where it landed them. Nasty food, disgusting dirty place, worst customer service in the history of fast food.

While at the drive thru we were rushed through ordering. I was looking at the menu and the girl at the drive thru kept saying "is that all" after saying no that's not all we are looking at the menu she rudely responded "well then can you continue with your order." Mind you we had been at the drive thru for less than 2 minutes. If there is some sort of drive thru rule where I'm suppose to memorize the menu and know exactly what I want as soon as I pull up to the speaker box then I'm unaware. This is my childhood Burger King and I will not be going there again. Went to 7th North St location instead.
