Worlds worst Burger King. First of all, the wait time was horrible. Waited 10 minutes for a very simple order. Second of all, they made my order wrong. I added bacon to my chicken sandwich, and not only did they forget it, but they still charged the extra 80 cents it costs. It was almost as if they are blind, because on the bag, it said there was supposed to be bacon. Also, there was no language barrier. And I would expect that with the 10 minutes they took, that they would have at least made my order right. Highly recommend you avoid this place as much as you can.

I usually come every now and then to have two hamburgers with no pickle and a strawberry shake. When I got out to my car to eat my hamburgers I noticed that they were loaded with ketchup and mustard. I don't know why they figure they have to plaster the sandwich with condiments ?. 99% of the time they usually make a really good strawberry shake. It tasted nothing like a strawberry shake at all. I might as well have ordered a vanilla shake..?.Now some might say"well why didn't you bring it back? I trusted this place to make it good like they always do but that didn't happen so I was disappointed.also noticing that the price went up $2 more than what I used to pay two weeks ago helps me realize I'm better off keeping my money..

I give Burger King 5 stars ✨ This one is very friendly, Fast service all the time, fresh food all the time, once in a while they might miss something or give you mayo on something when you say no mayo but other than that I can’t complain. I love there Oreo milkshakes if you have never got one you should definitely try it. I go there all the time just to get one???♂️? ❤️✨Kid-friendliness: Always a joy taking my kids and family there!!!!?❤️?

Well, usually the food at this location is ok. This time I found a maggot in my original chicken sandwich. Oh god I almost yacked. I would have posted a picture with this review but I freaked out and spit up what food was in my mouth and threw it out. Definitely not going back to this location.

We just wanted a quick bite & we had a coupon for chicken sandwiches. The sandwich was warm, the fries were warm & the service was fast with very friendly employees working behind the counter.
Terrible Burger King, tastes like yesterday's food, also the rolls were falling apart so you know they are old!!!!

I asked for a unsweetened tea cause every restaurant has all sugar with a splash of tea. The tea was sweet but amazing perfectly made best yet in syracuse and the guy was so polite, perfect
The pan handlers make it difficult to enjoy eating there. Women's bathroom has a Sharps container for needles. Surprised, there is no narcan.
