Food isn't always hot and fried is sometimes not fully cooked but everything is tasty. I didn't rate the service because you serve yourself. Obviously if you're an anxious or easily irritated person, buffets are hard. Usually pretty crowded. You either choose to go on a popular day and the food is good but you are around tons of people, or you go on an off day when no one is there and the food is kinda bleh.
