I absolutely love Sumera! This is my first time here, and the whole experience is AMAZING. I had the sharwarma sandwiches. It tasteee so good. The ingredients are fresh, and it was so meaty. For the place, it is very clean and comfy. The staffs were also commendable. I can't wait to go back here.

I feel angry. I went to order shawarma, and this is the first time I visit it, but after I tasted it, it turned out to be stale, and this thing made me angry. I will not come back to you again.

This was our first feast at Sumera and we were very pleased! The food was very good and that's even after a long delivery wait (which was our expectation through grub hub). Everything tasted fresh, was well made and the amount of food we received compared to the cost of the dishes was a breath of fresh air in our inflation time period. The biggest highlight for me was the lamb gyro. Not only was the lamb perfectly made. The pita bread it was on was a star. Something about its soft and fluffy texture and taste held the structure of the packed sandwich so well but made every bite so much better than the last. The grilled veggies on rice were awesome as well and thankful to have that option as it isn't always easy to find an option like this and they were great! So I'm definitely in for another try and I hope you can also Enjoy!!

Had an interesting experience here when I came in early August. Food and service were both pretty good, but the atmosphere was could be improved. The AC was broken in half of the restaurant, and there was lingering smoke. The cooler drinks required a bottle opener, but they only had one for the entire restaurant. If I was local, I would get takeout from here, but likely not dine in.

This was our first time having Sumera, and we decided to get it delivered. We ordered Lamb Gyro & chicken sandwiches, Fattoush Salad, and baklava. Everything arrived well packaged and timely. The sandwiches were ok, they gyro was a little soggy and the salad was mostly onion & pita chips. The baklava was buttery and flaky. We weren't impressed, but I would give them another try.

This place use to be great 3 years ago. However my last experience here was close to a nightmare. The bathrooms were dirty which reflects on the rest of the establishments. There were flies everywhere including a fly trap right by the kitchen. The service was terrible, after we placed our order and PAID for it our food selection was changed due to shortage. This is unacceptable business. Not only that, we were given our appetizers (hummus) without the pita bread and when we were given the pita bread 10 minutes after serving the hummus, the bread was ice cold and seemed to be close to stale. When they finally served us our meal which has been changed by the cook for lack of supply it was okay. Nothing to rave about. The rice was probably the only thing that was “good”I am disappointed as this place has potential to be great since it is the only place that serves “Yemeni” fusion food.

Flavorless and so disappointing. The only thing that had any seasoning or flavor whatsoever was the chili and garlic sauce. The grilled lamb was well cooked but there wasn’t even salt and pepper on it. Most disappointing middle eastern food I’ve ever had.

I don’t post food reviews like this, but I just had to. The food was really bad and tasteless. It wasn’t worth the money, if you plan on having a good food. Just save yourself a trip, just don’t go. Bought 4 dishes and all of it was bad. I hope they do put some effort into the food and make it good. Saw the reviews and it was nothing like it.

Delicious food, wonderful staff, and an all around fantastic experience. There was a misunderstanding on our end about our selection and they "fixed" what wasn't even a problem. Amazing customer service. They also dropped off free falafel that was soooo tasty and aromatic. 100% will be back!

Food is tasteless and old. Everything was warmed up and half of menu was out of stock. Don't recommend at all. The sauces are old and expired. All the recent reviews are made up. The deserts are terrible.

Third visit. This place has changed for better. Everything was in order and the food tasted much better. The staff were great and quick.[My second visit] There was a new waitress who didn't seem very courteous. We had to wait a long time before we got served. Then we ordered tea. It took 20 minutes before we ask again. But the tea was really good. The service is really not satisfactory. The waitress should be smiling at customers.[My first visit] The food is good and the price is reasonable. The only thing is that it takes a while before you get the food.

Definitely not what I expected when I walked in the place but I'm so so glad I did! The lady behind the cash register was extremely helpful in ordering as I've never had this type of food before. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back for more

I went to get some sharwarma sandwiches for dinner. It had no tasted at all. They mixed up the meats and got it wrong. Wrote wrong meat name on the bag.. It was so cold , hard and the bread was very old bc it fell apart. Dont go here and waste your money like I did. They definitely went down hill. I have attached photos so u can see. This was worst I ever ate.

I would recommend this place as a humbling experience. If you want to feel like a customer who has no value to the restaurant or it’s workers, head to sumera. 0/5 stars. Absolutely horrible food, and nonexistent service.

With exception of the pita, I cannot deny that the food is pretty fresh. However, it has little flavor. Moreover, when I was advised that my meal would take 30 min to prepare, I ended up waiting at the restaurant for an additional 20 minutes. They also didn't have any beef (which they neglected to inform me over the phone), so they had me switch to chicken shawarma baba ganoush, which just plain wasn't good. It also didn't have the tomato and parsley it was supposed to have on it. There wasn't any apology. Frankly, the customer service was just poor. Luckily, making a greek yogurt pseudo-tzatziki is easy. I just did that to jazz up the food and it was edible. Also, why was all my pita served in a grocery store bag and not heated at all? bummer. Not worth it.
