I have found it hard to find places that have the "best" of anything, but Sam's definitely has the best fried chicken in Syracuse. The fries were seasoned, crispy and delicious but the fried chicken will always be the star of the show here!
I just tried the fried chicken but was pleasantly pleased that I could order whatever pieces I wanted on the three piece. Usually, you're stuck with one piece that's teeny tiny. ....not here. Chicken was fresh, super hot, and delicious.
